2. How easy is it to operate a packing machine?

The good news is that as long as your packaging system isn't hyper-customized, the equipment is pretty easy to use! Most of our equipment does not require advanced technical knowledge to operate.

3. How much does the packing machine cost?

There isn't a straightforward answer to this as the pricing of packaging machinery varies according to the customer's specific needs. Factors such as the products you plan to package, desired packing speed, your sizes, or your process complexity significantly influence the cost.

4. Can more vibratory bowls be added to the machine in the future?

The machine can be upgraded to add more vibration bowls, but this needs to be planned for in advance. Increasing the number of vibration bowls requires reserving the necessary software, electrical wiring, and collection bucket components ahead of time.

5. When changing the size of the screw to count, should I change something on the vibration bowl?

Adjusting the screw size requires making coordinated changes to specific parts on the vibration bowl. To make adjustments, first loosen the screws securing the vibration bowl. Then follow the instructional videos and guides to adjust the relevant components for widening or narrowing as needed.

6. Can the machine pack apart from screws, nuts, washers, and nails?

The vibratory bowl machines are customized based on the products to be packaged. The versatility in handling different products is determined by the characteristics of those materials. Typically, each vibratory bowl system is designed to package either one type of product or several similar products.

7. How is the bag width and length adjusted?

Width adjustment:

• First, stop the operation of the packer.

• Then, replace the Bag former (one bag former for one bag width)

• Restart the packaging machine and perform a test run to ensure the bag width is appropriate for the product.

Length Adjustment:

• On the control panel, locate the bag length setting option.

• Enter the new bag length as desired and save the setting.

• Restart the packaging machine and perform a trial run to ensure the bag length is appropriate for the product.

8.  The voltage can be 220V, 60HZ? 

Absolutely, it can. Please share your factory's voltage and frequency details, and we'll customize accordingly.

9. What is your after-sales services?

After finishing the production, we will debug the production line, take photos, videos, and send them to customers via mail or instant tools.

After the commissioning, we will package the equipment by standard export package for shipment.

According to the customer's request, we can arrange for our engineers to customer's factory to do the installation and training.

Engineers, sales managers and after-sales service managers will form an after-sales team, online and offline, to follow the customers' project.
