Packing Process

1. Feeding :Products like screws, nails, fasteners, pills, or hardware are stored in a hopper or bulk container. A feeding mechanism, such as a conveyor belt or vibratory feeder, transfers them from storage to the counting area.

2. Counting:In the counting area, various methods, like optical sensors or packing counting, are used. Optical sensors detect products passing a specific point, and the machine counts based on the signals received.

3. Packaging: Sorted products are directed to the packaging station, where packaging material like OPP/CPP is prepared to receive them.

4. Sealing: After placing products in the packaging material, the machine seals the bags securely through heat sealing.

5. Labeling and Printing : If needed, the machine can add product information, barcodes, or other details to the packaging. This step may involve automated application of pre-designed labels or direct printing onto the packaging material.

6. Discharging and Collection: Once packaging is complete, the finished product is discharged from the machine.
